As part of our talent development strategy, Kivu Choice is recruiting highly motivated aquaculture interns to be part of our 2-year Graduate Aquaculture Learning and Training (GALT) Programme for 2026–2028.  We are seeking exceptional university graduates who have demonstrated strong academic excellence and possess little or no practical work experience, offering them a unique opportunity to gain hands-on skills. GALT aims to provide an opportunity to Candidates to experience several different areas of the business within 2 years before choosing a final career path within the Company for those who are successful.

Requirements:

• Must possess a 2nd Class Upper bachelor’s degree (A1 or A0) in Aquaculture, Animal Production, Environmental Science, Crop Production, Veterinary Medecine, Agronomy or any related a Degree in any other related field.
• Must have graduated from the university not more than 5 Years ago.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-driven and Innovative.
• Commitment to excellence.

GALT Programme Details

This understanding will help you identify your areas of interest and strengths, which will guide you towards potential career paths within the organization.
