Caritas Rwanda through the Funding from DENNIS AND JANE RESSE FOUNDATION invites all qualified and eligible bidders to submit their bids for the following tender:

CONSTRUCTION OF ONE NURTURING CARE HUB IN BURERA DISTRICT (MATERIALS AND LABOR)
Site Visit: Site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, 12th June 2024 between 11:00M and 1:00Pm (Nurturing Care Hub will be constructed in Burera district, Kagogo sector, Kiringa Cell, Rwabageni village). The Site Visit is mendatory.
Submission: Tuesday, 18th June, 2024 at 2:30Pm. Late bids will be rejected
Opening date and time: The same date on 18th June, 2024 at 3:00Pm.
Venue: Caritas Rwanda conference room

Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.
Interested and eligible Bidders can obtain the tender document (hard and soft copy) from Caritas Rwanda reception located in Kigali, Nyarugenge District, KN 16 AV 30 since Monday, 3rd June, 2024 at 8:00AM upon presentation of the deposit slip of 10,000Frw (Non-refundable fees) for this tender to the account number 4022200031602 Lodged at Equity Bank, titled Caritas RWANDA.
Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound and presented in four copies of which, an original and three copies must reach, in sealed envelopes must be submitted to the office of Caritas Rwanda to the above mentioned address and dates (respectively). The bids will remain valid for 90 days starting from the deadline for their submission.
