Position Summary
Generation Rise is seeking a Finance, Administration and HR Manager to lead financial management, human resources, administration, and systems strengthening. This senior role supports strategic decision-making, ensures compliance with donor and statutory requirements, and strengthens organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare timely financial, donor, and statutory reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and budget monitoring.
- Ensure strong internal controls, audits, and compliance.
- Manage payroll, taxes, and statutory contributions in line with Rwanda law.
- Lead HR functions including recruitment, contracts, performance management, and staff development.
- Oversee administration, procurement, asset management, and records.
- Lead use and improvement of digital finance, HR, and reporting systems.
- Advise senior management on finance, HR, and organizational systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance/administration, including management experience.
- NGO or development sector experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Rwanda labor law, tax, and donor compliance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English required; French is an added advantage.
