Job Title: Game Attendant
Location: Kigali-Rwanda
Reports to: Game Attendant Supervisor
Department: Operations
We are looking for a skilled a Game Attendant who is positive, guest focused with excellent knowledge of game room operations. Friendly recreation attendant, with a commitment to deliver excellent customer service, and someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times. Smiling and eye contact are required
- Assist Clients with efficiency
- Provide information
- Customer service focused
- Responsible for daily operations of the game room.
- Interacting with guests
- Provide courteous
- Maintain clean work area.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Game attendant.
- Passionate, eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Hands-on experience
- Attentiveness and patience for customers.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening and effective communication skills both verbal and written English, French is a plus.
- Team spirit.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
