3. Position 3. Head of Restaurant: Inzozi Youth Center – Huye
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Centre’s restaurant.
- Plan menus and ensure quality food preparation.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure hygiene standards.
- Control food costs and reduce waste.
Main qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hospitality.
- Proven experience as a Chef or Head Cook.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
Age of interested candidates: 25-45 years old.
