REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE

Background

Africa Development Consultant Limited (ADC) is a consultancy firm located at Remera Sector (Kisimenti), KN5, House # 44 (Tedeum Building) and is looking for a reputable, qualified and experienced Company to supply office furniture. Interested bidders will provide the quotation for one or more of the below 3 lots.

Note: The quotation should be for both muvula timber and nile tulip (musave)

Scope of Work,

The interested bidders are required to supply the furniture as per the specifications provided below;

Lot 1: Meeting table

Rectangular meeting table with overall measurements of 2400mmx1200mmx7500mm. The top is to be made of Nile tulip wood top with power extensions, it should have a dog walnut water stain. To have a metallic structure with black matte powder coat finishing and plastic gliders.

Lot 1: Executive table

Executive desk in Nile tulip wood with clear varnish water stain and metallic structure support in black matte powder coat finishing 1500mmx800mmx7500mm with an office side drawer with storage cabinets, it should have a side drawer in laminated board on a mobile pedestal, the table to have power extension. The table has plastic gliders.

Lot 1: Managerial table

The managerial desk in Nile tulip wood with clear varnish and metallic structure support in black matte powder coat finishing 1500mmx800mmx7500mm, it should have a side drawer in laminated board with 2 storage units and a central locking system on mobile pedestals, the table to have a power extension. The table has plastic gliders.

Lot 1: Office working table

To have a 1200mmx60mmx7500mm worktop in Nile tulip wood with dog walnut water stain, it should have a side drawer in an oak laminated board with two units with a central locking system on mobile pedestals.

Lot 1: Storage cabinet

Storage cabinet in oak black laminated board. To have overall measurements of 1600mmx800mm

Lot 2: Partition

Demolition of existing wall and establishment of a new gypsum partition of 3 sqm.

Medium back office chair with mesh back and fabric quality seat, to have height adjustment with mobile pedestals

Lot 3: Waiting room

Minimalistic single seater with quality fabric back and seat, it should have wooden legs support

Lot 3: Office chair

High-back executive chair with comfortable back and seat quality fabric, to have lumbar support, five-star castor base on mobile pedestals.

Deliverables:

  1. 1 Meeting table rectangular of 2400mmx1200mmx7500mm as per the above specifications
  2. 10 office Chairs as per the above specification
  3. 1 executive desk
  4. 1 Office chair with high-back executive chair with comfortable back
  5. 2 Chairs for waiting room with minimalistic single seater with quality fabric back and seat
  6. Partition-Demolition of existing partition and establishment of a new gypsum partition of 3 sqm.
  7. 2 Managerial desk-structure support in black matte powder coat finishing 1500mmx800mmx7500mm, it should have a side drawer in laminated board
  8. 3 Storage cabinet of 1600mmx800mm
  9. 3 Office working desks.

Delivery period:

The selected supplier is required to provide the above mentioned furniture within 20 days from the date of signing the contract.

Requirements.

  1. Company Registration and VAT Certificate
  2. Office or show room address to see similar furniture or works

Bidding documents can be submitted via email:  info@adcrwanda.org. The submission deadline is September 11, 2024, at 17:00 hrs.
