TITLE: PROCUREMENT, INSTALLATION, AND TRAINING OF ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY (AT) EQUIPMENT FOR SUPPORT CENTERS FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES AT THREE RWANDAN UNIVERSITIES
East African University Rwanda (EAUR), in collaboration with the University of Rwanda (UR) and Institut d’Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri (INES-Ruhengeri), is a beneficiary of the Erasmus+ co-funded ANSWER Project (101083032). The project intends to use part of the proceeds for the procurement, installation, and training of Assistive Technology (AT) equipment for the support centers for students with disabilities at these three Rwandan universities.
EAUR hereby invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply, installation, and training of Assistive Technology (AT) equipment. Participation is open on equal terms to all eligible companies.

Well-presented bids, properly bound in sealed envelopes and submitted in three copies (one original and two copies), with the title and reference number of the tender clearly marked, must be delivered to the EAUR Kigali Campus no later than 29/08/2024 at 2:00 pm local time. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the same address on the same day at 2:30 pm local time.
