King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (KFH, R) now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit bids for the provision of Garage services and spare parts [Framework agreement] to King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda as indicated in detail in the schedule of requirements.

1. Tender Documents may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda in Procurement Department from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account 6775021405opened at Bank of Kigali.
2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies interested in this tender

Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 – Kigali – Rwanda. Email: procurement@kfhkigali.com.

3. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in one original and two copies, must reach the Procurement Department King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at the address mentioned below no later than 2:00 pm local time on August 13^th, 2024. Late bids will be rejected.
4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on August 13^th, 2024, at 2:30 pm local time.
5. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
