SFR invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the provision of PRINTING & SUPPLY OF IRS RECORDING, MONITORING, AND REPORTING FORMS OF STRIVE FOUNDATION RWANDA as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements.
Interested bidders may obtain hard copies of the detailed tender document for the above-mentioned tender from the Strive Foundation Rwanda (SFR) offices located at KG11 Street, Zindiro–Azam Road, Matwari Village, Masoro Cell, Ndera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali – Rwanda upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 RWF) per tender.

Submission Guidelines:
All bids shall be submitted in hard copy, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender Title and Tender Number, and containing a single PDF document. Submissions must be delivered to the Strive Foundation Rwanda (SFR) offices located at KG11 Street, Zindiro–Azam Road, Matwari Village, Masoro Cell, Ndera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali – Rwanda, on 15th January 2026 at 11:00 AM (Kigali Time). Late or improperly submitted bids shall not be accepted.
Additional Information:
- Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
- Any claims or complaints related to the tender must be submitted within three (3) days of receiving the provisional notification of award.
