GOVERNEMENT OF JAPAN – GOVERNMENT OF RWANDA SCHOLARSHIPS

The Higher Education Council (HEC) wishes to inform the public that through the bilateral cooperation between the Government of Rwanda and the Government of Japan, the latter has offered scholarships to Rwandans students in the following categories:

• Undergraduate students
• Research students (Masters – PhD)
• College of Technology students

Please note:

Interested candidates should find the application forms and other relevant information on the websites:

Applicant should submit medical certificate only once he/she is selected for the interview.
