Investigation, Fraud, And Detection Manager
Qualication, Experience, Skills, and Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in a law or business studies with related professional qualication in investigation and fraud detection or other relevant certication preferred (e.g certicate of insurance fraud investigator).
- Proven working experience in related field.
- Over 10 years working experience with National Security Organs.
- Five Years on Managerial level position.
- Good knowledge in fraud detection and investigation.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Display good interviewing and interrogation skills along with the capability of drafting reports.
- Security oriented and results driven attitude.
Product Manager
Qualication, Experience, Skills, and Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related eld. Other relevant advanced qualications are a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience in nancial services, technology delivery /ntech and product development in a reputable institution with a minimum of 2 years at management level and a good performance record.
- Proficient in business process mapping, technical writing, and various technologies/frameworks.
- Team player, excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong knowledge on banking and financial regulations in Rwanda.
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools, and problem-solving skills.
Facilities & Properties Manager
Qualication, Experience, Skills and Attributes
- Should have universitydegreeinCivilEngineering/ Real Estate Management/ Land Economics/Quantity Surveying.
- Over 5 years working experience in experience in a similar role in medium size organization
- Technical skills to eectively perform facilities management activities/tasks in a manner that consistently produces high quality service.
- Knowledge and eective application of all relevant facilities management regulation, processes, procedures and guidelines to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks.
- Knowledge of national / county regulations: To comply with all relevant legislation to ensure eectiveness in the role.
- Knowledge of application software e.g. Project management application, excel, etc.
- To create and maintain authentic, timely and reliable records in relation to your duties.
- To take due care and attention when gathering, recording and manipulating data.
- Negotiating skills- ability to negotiate lease terms to achieve best value in the market within the relevant parameters
- Interpersonal skills to eectively communicate with and manage customer expectations (internal and external), and other stakeholders who impact performance.
- Self-empowerment to enable development of open communication, teamwork and trust that are needed to support performance
Internal Audit Assistant Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree with completed professional qualication like ACCA, CPA OR CIA
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in auditing preferably in a nancial institution or in an internationally accredited audit rm
- Broad knowledge of Banking
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Good report writing skills
- Knowledge of the full MS Oce suite
- Excellent report writing, oral communication, logical and analytical skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer assisted audit techniques and Ms Oce.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Open minded with the ability to learn in a dynamic environment,
- Good commercial awareness and knowledge on international best practice standards in nancial reporting (IFRS), IIA Standards and corporate governance
