  1. Sales Representatives

Two skilled, devoted, and experienced sales representatives are needed. The ideal candidate will have great negotiation skills, be customer-focused, and be prepared to complete all activities connected to designing route-to-consumer strategies on time and in full. Additionally, the candidate should be prepared to exhibit our organizational behaviors of Connect, Shape, Develop, and Deliver. Reporting to the regional business manager, the individual.

JOB PURPOSE

By successfully promoting the company’s goods and/or related services, the Sales Representative must maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within a certain region and/or market segment. He or she uses the established RtC enabled by Digital relationship-based strategy to promote, sell, and secure pre-sales orders from both current and potential customers in accordance with the Touch Points/Customer Persona Strategy. Additionally, via the use of an excellent Omni-Channel Execution method, he or she serves as a liaison between the company and the retail outlets by providing product demonstrations and assistance to current and new consumers in choosing the finest items for their needs.

DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. EXECUTION OF MARKET DEVELOPMENT

  • Implementing sales tactics entails marketing targeted promotions and selling current goods and services in new markets.
  • Find fresh opportunities
  • Determine and research potential business expansion options with our clients.
  • Implement a marketing-specific business plan and sales strategy that guarantees the achievement of sales targets and profitability.
  • To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, stay in touch with every client in the market region.
  • Maximize the market effect of our POS materials
  • Inform the sales manager of new product and service opportunities, noteworthy developments, information, and market feedback actions.

2. PERFECT EXECUTION

  • To ensure quality, availability, visibility, pricing compliance, persuasion, greater client orientation, and promotions in off-premise outlets, use “Customer Relation Management” standards.
  • Comparing the auto-evaluated result to the goal assignment
  • Oversee a portfolio and assets in a certain location.
  • Financial support, coaching, and connection building for the owner of a counseling or coaching-related business (FASCAR).
  • Implement and oversee outlet in terms of quality, availability, visibility, price compliance, persuasion, and promotions (QDVP3)

3. PROMOTIONS

  • Contract negotiations for sales and advertising. Offer a strategy for the upcoming promotion and guarantee customer adherence.
  • Provide appropriate outlets for promotion in accordance with the Trade Marketing plan.
  • Negotiate with the store’s owner and take part in promotional activities
  • Follow up on sales before, during, and after a campaign.
  • Analyze the effect of outlet action promotion
  • Offer a strategy for the upcoming campaign.

4. REPORTING

  • Provide CRM system reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on:
  • Overview of master data assets
  • Overview of outlet activation
  • Overview of the outlet activation program
  • Actual outlet standards versus target
  • Outlet visit versus planned
  • Describe the outcome and impact of every promotion action.

5. CUSTOMER CENTRICITY

  • Make sure the Sales Territory reaches its NPS objectives.
  • Find the territory’s pain spots and report them to the regional team. Make suggestions for programs that will ensure the continued implementation of solutions.
  • Controls the region Focus on the client Culture and mindset
  • Help the RBM construct a robust framework for joined business planning and a distributor capabilities plan.
  • Contribute to the region’s best practices in the Distributor Development Community.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in the humanities, social sciences, business, accounting, or a closely related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in the commercial sector, including administration of front-line sales.
  • Fluent in both Kinyarwanda and English. An advantage is knowing French.
  • Driving Permit

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Flexible enough to work anywhere in Rwanda
  • Having the ability to work in a multilingual, multicultural, and multi-national organization
  • Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Talents in project management and market research
  • Time management, organization, and planning abilities
  • Commitment at a high level and independence from oversight
  • Must be dependable, proactive, and capable of paying close attention to even the tiniest things.
  • RtC and channel comprehension
  • Selling and bargaining
  • Understanding of the Channel, Shopper, and On-Trade Consumer
