to tender for the selection of a firm for a  three-year financial audit

You are invited to submit a proposal for the audit of our financial statements for the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, as well as for the following two years (from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027). This will comprise a total of five audit periods: 2025, mid-2026, 2026, mid-2027, and 2027. Your proposal could form the basis of a contract between your firm and the Antoine de Saint Exupéry Francophone School.

1. You are invited to submit a proposal for the audit of our financial statements for the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, as well as for the following two years (from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027). This will comprise a total of five audit periods: 2025, mid-2026, 2026, mid-2027, and 2027. Your proposal could form the basis of a contract between your firm and EFASE.
2. You must provide us with the following documents:
3. ICPAR certification and active membership as per the list provided by ICPAR
4. Certificate of no outstanding debt from RRA and listed among the firms approved by RRA

iii. Attestation of no claim from RSSB

1. The RDB certificate
2. The list of staff who will conduct the audit and their curriculum vitae
3. Have at least some experience in auditing educational institutions.
4. Your offer will include a technical proposal and a financial proposal.
5. We ask that you prepare these two proposals in digital format and send them with a password to open them. This password will be provided during a videoconference meeting. Each audit firm that has submitted a bid will receive the link to participate in the bid opening scheduled for [date] at [time] Kigali time.

All offers received after the date and time indicated or sent to any other address will be rejected.
