sobanukirwa uko wahangana n’agahinda gakabije

 

Kugira agahinda kenshi bishobora guturuka mu kubura uwawe wakundaga cyane (apfuye), gutandukana nuwo wihebeye, kugira igihombo gikomeye mu buzima (nko kuzuza inzu warasabye inguzanyo umutingito ukayisenya, cyangwa iduka rigashya) n’ibindi. Ni ibintu utabuza kubaho kuko biza utabishaka, utanabiteguye.

Iyo bibaye turababara tukiheba ndetse bamwe bakumva ko ubuzima bubarangiranye, kubaho ntacyo bikibamariye. Noneho iyo ubuze uwo utakira cyangwa abaguhumuriza, ndetse wenda hakagira n’abagukina ku mubyimba, ahoho wumva noneho ari nkaho isi ikurangiriyeho, ijuru rikugwiriye.Nyamara kandi hari byinshi wakora ugahangana n’iki kibazo utiteje ibindi bibazo.

N’ubwo buri wese afite uko
ahangana n’ikibazo iyo kije, kandi tukaba tutakira ibintu kimwe. Dore ibyo wakora maze ukumva uruhutse muri

1. Irinde kubyihererana

3. Kwibuka uwo wabuze

Nubwo twibeshya ko kwibuka uwo wabuze bituma uhera mu gahinda nyamara si byo. Ubwawe ishyirireho uburyo bwo kwibuka uwo wabuze. Gukina umupira, kujya muri gym, koga, ni zimwe muri siporo zitumaurushaho gusabana n’abandi no kuryoherwa n’ubuzima.

5. Kwirinda ibiyobyabwenge

6. Kwiyitaho

Nyuma y’ibibazo n’ibyago akenshi usanga tutongera kwiyitaho ndetse umuntu agahindana. Ugasanga ntukitaba telephone, ntukirya, urambara ibyo ubonye, mbese nta na kimwe kikigushimisha. Nyamara muri iki gihe niho ukeneye kurya neza, kuruhuka no gusinzira neza. Gerageza wiyiteho, urye, unywe, uruhuke, usabane, wiyiteho, uhore ucyeye. Tekereza ku wo wabuze uti “ese ntiyifuza ko mbaho neza, nishimye?”. Ibi bizagutera kunezererwa ubuzima.
