Ese waruziko kunywa itabi ryinshi bigira ingaruka ku buzima bwacu? Sobanukirwa

Ubusanzwe itabi ntabwo ari ikinyobwa kandi ntabwo ari n’ikiribwa kuko itabi ntirigira intungamubiri nimwe. Ahubwo itabi ni ubuvunderi(nicotine) bwivanga n’amavuta ari mu mubiri maze bwagera mu bwoko bukica ubushake bwiza kandi ubuze ubushake bwiza ntagira kwiyumvisha ndetse ubuze kwiyumvisha ntabona n’abahannyi.

2.Kunywa itabi ryinshi bishobora kugabanya ubushobozi bw’imibonano mpuzabitsina: itabi ntabwo ari ryiza kuko rishobora gutuma unanirwa gukora neza imibonano mpuzabitsinda nuwo mwashakanye ugasanga bivuyemo ibindi bindi birimo no gusenya.

3.Kunywa itabi ryinshi bibuza ubuhanga gukora neza: Umuntu unywa itabi ryinshi ashobora guhura n’ikibazo gikomeye cyane aho usanga niba yari umuntu w’umunyabwenge nko mw’ishuri yatangiye gusubira inyuma cyangwa ari umunyabwenge mu buzima busanzwe agatngira kujya avanga ibintu.

4.Itabi rituma gufata mu mutwe k’umuntu bigabanuka: Kunywa itabi ryinshi cyane bitera umuntu gutangira kujya yibagirwa ibintu cyane hahandi ushobora kumubwira ikintu mukanya wakongera kucyimuza akabyibagirwa.

4.Kunywa amazi menshi ashyushye: Aya mazi agomba kunyobwa mu gitondo mu minsi itanu ubudasiba kandi akubahiriza amasaha anyobwaho.

5.Guhekenya agakeri ko mu gasozi kakiri gatoto mu menyo: ibi nabyo birafasha cyane kuko ugahekenya mu mwanya wo kunywa itabi ugeraho ukamenyera.
