REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Subject: Consultancy Services for development of new organization structure, salary policy and review of benefits and compensation structure of COPEDU PLC.
COPEDU PLC is a Public Limited Company licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda to operate as a Microfinance Institution, registered in the office of the Registrar General with Company Code 100544626, P.O. Box 4053 Kigali.
COPEDU PLC is seeking expression of interest from qualified Companies to provide consultancy for development of new organization structure, salary policy and review of benefits and compensation structure of Copedu Plc.
Interested Companies must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the requested consultancy by submitting detailed technical understanding of this task with proof of staff competence in human resource management, Company profile, 3 completion certificates of similar work (2 from any institution and 1 from financial institution), RDB certificate, RRA Tax clearance, RSSB Certificate.
The short-listing criteria will focus on:
- Profile of the Company and its personnel,
- Company’s eligibility documents (Valid Tax clearance from RRA, RDB & RSSB certificate …),
- Detailed technical understanding on this task
- 2 Proof of similar assignments done in any institution
- 1 Proof of similar work in financial institution is mandatory
The interested qualified companies are encouraged to send their expression of interest to the Head office of COPEDU PLC located at Kicukiro not later than August 20,2024.
