Job Title: Principal Technical officer in charge of Hardware maintenance
Grade: T3
Supervisor: Director in charge of IT Support & Service Desk Unit
Location: HQ
Working Mode: Hybrid
Purpose
A Principal Technical Officer in charge of Hardware Maintenance will be responsible for diagnostics and reparations of all RRA IT equipment and other Electrical-Electronics equipment used in RRA
Key duties and responsibilities
  1. Installation and configuration of computer hardware, Operating Systems, and Applications.
  2. Provide face-to-face technical support and assistance, over the phone or using remote access and remote-control computer software, to all RRA staff for set up systems or resolve issues.
  3. Perform Maintenance, repair and installation tasks for all IT electrical and electronics equipment including Computers, Scanners, Printers, Photocopier Machines, projectors, e-Seals, CCTV Cameras,..
  4. Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports on accomplished tasks, maintenance activities and equipment status.
  5. Follow diagrams and written instructions for troubleshooting faults or configuring systems.
  6. Establishing a positive working relationship with users and collaborating effectively with other IT Teams.
  7. Deliver the IT Technical Support to final users of all RRA IT equipment.
  8. Replace defective and malfunctioning equipment, such as disks, memory modules, interface cards, video and audio cards, network cards, UPS units, printers, CCTV Cameras, and monitors.
  9. Carry out and/or Oversee the Curative and Preventive Maintenance and Operation of Data Center infrastructures including Air Conditioning Systems, UPSs, AVRs and Fire Suppression Systems.
  10. Electrical and LAN Cabling Installation: Perform or Supervise the Installation of Electrical Wiring and LAN Cabling to support IT equipment connectivity within RRA Offices.
  11. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and proffessionalism.
  12. Flexibility in adjusting hours, including weekends and occasional overtime may be required.
Required Academic Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering specialized in Electrical Power Engineering
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences specialized in Information Technology
  3. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering specialized in Information Technology
  4. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic and Telecommunication specialized in Information Technology
  5. Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Electronics and Telecommunication specialized in Information Technology
  6. Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Engineering specialized in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering
  7. Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Honours in Computer Science
  8. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology specialized in Information Technology
  9. Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Information Technology specialized in Information Management

Job Title: Support Officer in Charge of Central Secretariat
Grade: S2
Supervisor: Principal Technical Officer in Charge of Central Secretariat
Location: HQ
Working Mode: Hybrid
Purpose
Support staff provides support services to the overall functioning of Central Secretariat by carrying out routine tasks in Central Secretariat team on behalf of the entire RRA.
Key duties and responsibilities
  1. Handle all correspondences submitted electronically through designated system,
  2. Carry out all secretariat related responsibilities,
  3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and ensure that responses to correspondence are given within the timeframe stipulated in the service charter or other fiscal laws,
  4. Follow up all submitted correspondence to ensure response is given within a reasonable time,
  5. Orient, follow up and report all technical correspondences that require special expertise to the competent department/divisions/section for proper responses within a reasonable time,
  6. Maintain and manage store, office or archival supplies and usage,
  7. Any other assignment as may be given by your supervisor,
  8. Prepare work report as may be required.
Required Academic Qualification

Purpose
Front desk officers are responsible for taking care of guests and taxpayers. Their work mainly involves interacting with customers and business partners, either in person or through direct phone calls, and answer all guests’ questions and concerns
Key duties and responsibilities
  1. Give a clear direction, orientation or walk the customer to the destination office where he/she will be served and ensure appropriate introduction to the right person
  2. Handle customers’ consultations, issues and complaints in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner that meets and exceeds customer expectations
  3. Always present oneself with welcoming, understanding and supportive gestures and non-verbal elements of communication
